Actualize tesseract.js version

Current version of ocr plugin uses 1.0.7 version of tesseract.js (according to https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/sdkjs-plugins/pull/65#issuecomment-499116577) This is pretty old version, released in october of 2016

Current stable is v1.0.19 (https://github.com/naptha/tesseract.js/releases/latest)
