Error with 2.1.1 - ConvertError: ErrorCode = -4

When I save the plugin configuration it's giving error:

ConvertError: ErrorCode = -4

Even if I connect with onlyoffice demo server it is still giving the same error:

ConvertError: ErrorCode = -4

Please help!

Error -4 could mean that Redmine is only reachable via a local address (localhost, for example) and the Document Server is unable to download the file using the local URL.

Please check if the issue persists with the recently released version 3.0 of the plugin.
