Blank screen when trying to use the directEditing feature of OnlyOffice

Scenario: NextCloud server: V 24.0.3 NextCloud Client: V 3.6.0 OnlyOffice NextCloud App: V 7.5.4 OnlyOffice document server - Docker installation running in an external server: V 7.1.1.23

When the user tries to edit a file by accessing this file from the Nextcloud web interface, everything works perfectly.

If the user tries to edit a file using the Nextcloud Client App (right click on the file, go to NextCloud Context Menu, Choose "Edit"), a browser opens in the address (<NextCloud Instance>/apps/files/directEditing/) and the screen goes blank.

Is there a workaround for this problem?

Hello, Could you reproduce the issue and send us the Nextcloud logs? We haven't been able to reproduce this ourselves.

Hi @SergeyKorneyev, I realized that there is a specific scenario for this to happen.

On both scenarios described below, the user is using the nextcloud client.

If the user logs into Nextcloud, close the browser, and, after that, right click on any office file and click on edit, this blank screen is shown. in this case, the user remains logged into nextcloud and just closed the browser.

If the user logs into Nextcloud, logs off from nextcloud, close the browser, and, after that, right click on any office file and click on edit, everything works normally.

Sorry, but I have no control over my instance logs to send you. I only have access to the web interface.
