Data lost of last month that was available yesterday

i just discovered that ONLYOFFICE has lost the data in a spreadsheets file that was available just some hours ago. A worksheet that i created a couple of days ago, is just gone. i see in the version history that many times per day, a version was saved but none of them contains the data that i was working with just some hours or days ago. Is it possible that the data can still be recovered? Otherwise, i think it's my goodbye to ONLYOFFICE as i just can't trust it if such things happen.

Please specify the versions of Nextcloud, the Document Server and the ONLYOFFICE connector app you have installed. If it's possible, reproduce the issue and send us the latest logs from both Nextcloud and the Document Server.

Also, are the affected files located on an external storage and/or in a group folder?

Meanwhile, it also happened to another while. As i have no idea what causes that, i cannot explain how to reproduce it. i just decided to avoid using ONLYOFFICE once and for all as i cannot afford data loss. i go over to LibreOffice offline and RStudio Server online.

The version of my Nextcloud: 24.0.5.

The version of Document Server: 7.0.1.37.

The version of the connector: 7.1.2.

The affected files are located directly in Nextcloud and are not in a group folder.
