Add support for Nextcloud-Talk

I would like to have a button in OnlyOffice to open the nextcloud-sidebar with "chat" tab selected to communicate this way: talk

At the moment this is only possible via the workaround of opening the “edit rights” and change to the “chat”. But only for participants that have the right to edit the “edit rights” of the document. I would like a button/plugin to open the nextcloud sidebar directly with the “chat” tab for every participant.
