Time format is not recognized / weird auto conversion

Expected Behavior

Open a simple csv file shows the content without any conversions. time value should be shown as 06:00

Actual Behavior

weird conversion happen with the time value to 6,0:00

Reproduction Steps

1. create csv with content: 22.10.2025;22.10.2025;06:00;21:00
2. open it

Additional information

Tried to find the version but there is no version information under File->Info or in the menu/home. there is no "about" under File

I can confirm that this is bug 78691. When some fixes will be done we'll text you here in this issue. Thank you for the report!

Problem can be reproduced in DocumentServer.
