Operating System of DocumentServer

Linux (DEB package)

Version information

Nextcloud version: 31.0.9 ONLYOFFICE Spreadsheet Editor: 9.1.0.168

Expected Behavior

Other sheets must remain unchanged after copying a sheet between documents.

Actual Behavior

Copying one sheet causes partial data loss or corruption in other sheets within the target file.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Open both files: "Financial Sample.xlsx" and "Financial Sample2.xlsx".

  2. In "Financial Sample2.xlsx", right-click on the sheet "Sheet4" and choose "Move or copy" .

  3. In the popup, select the destination document "Financial Sample.xlsx" and choose "Move to end". Image

  4. After the operation, in "Financial Sample.xlsx", sheets "Sheet1" and "Sheet2" appear corrupted:

  • Some rows disappear
  • Some columns disappear
  • Sheet names and other data may be missing

Additional information

When copying a sheet from one spreadsheet to another, the target document becomes partially corrupted. The sheet being copied is transferred correctly, but data on other sheets is unexpectedly deleted — including rows, columns.
