Add "Cell padding" option in "Cell settings" in Spreadsheet

By default, the spreadsheet cells have little padding and I couldn't find any option to change it.

I can confirm that this is an enhancement, filed as bug 41396. When some fixes will be done we'll text you here in this issue. Thank you for the report!

I used that option in MS Ofifce quite often and I was missing it here. It would be gret to have it in OnlyOffice too!

I would also like to see this implemented. I'd like bigger padding in spreadsheet cells.
