Your idea.
Could you please document which permission settings are required to be true in order to save a PDF document?
Using the 8.1.1 Docker image, I am getting the following error when attempting to save an edited PDF document:
You are trying to perform an action you do not have rights for. Please contact your Document Server administrator.
Using an identical permission set, I have no issue saving non-PDF documents (docx, xlsx, pptx, etc.). It's not obvious to me what the problem is.
Hello @reposeredo
At the moment, the function to save to the current document has not been implemented. Currently, saving to a new document is available.
Issue #64767.
The save function will be implemented soon.
Hello @avdddd1111 Is it implemented yet? If not, how do I hide the edit PDF button under tool bar using the configurations?
Hello @sreerajkrishnank !
Currently, the PDF saving feature is not available. In a future release, it is planned to implement saving to PDF within the same document.
The option to hide the edit mode toggle button in the header is available to users with an extended license.
If you do not have a license, you can contact the sales department: [email protected]
