Missing text when saving/exporting svg images

Expected Behavior

When saving or exporting a file with an svg image, the text in the svg remains.

Actual Behavior

All svg text is missing when opening the file. Also missing in exported pdf.

Reproduction Steps

Create a file, add svg images with text.

Note: svg files to reproduce bug were created with draw.io app.

The issue is actual in DocumentServer. Moving this issue to DocumentServer, because it is our main repository.

I got crazy svg content scaling in onlyoffice on owncloud but everything is fine with the desktop app. I think it can be related.
