Problem with black lines on a XLS file

Expected Behavior
It should show some lines of one XLS file normally using the color of filling.
Actual Behavior
They are shown black, and then I tried to change color to see if it was just a misreading of the file, but it was not. You can't change the color of the black lines filling. The same file is shown normally on LibreOffice.
Reproduction Steps
- Open the file attached
- Select the black lines
- Try to change color to see what is written on them.
