default language (russian) for html documents (french)

Expected Behavior

We expect to get default spellchecker in french when we open french html files

Actual Behavior

The default spellchecker is in russian when we open french html files

Reproduction Steps

Take a french html file Edit the french html file with onlyoffice

Does it possible to have a default language when we open french html files?
