I cannot edit non locked part of *.docx document made in MS Word

Expected Behavior
In MS Word I made a password to edit the part of document. In MS Word i can edit non locked part of document
Actual Behavior
I want to edit the rest part of document when part of document is locked

Problem reproduces in Document Server.
Moving this issue to DocumentServer, because it is our main repository.

There seems to be a sidecomment related to this in the 8.1 release for protected cells in spreadsheets
"Users get custom protected range cells viewing rights"
Is there anything related to this issue in 8.1 ?
