Problems with copying URLs

Expected Behavior

• [ ] Copying a URL by selecting and copying the characters of a URL (e.g. in order to open it in a different broswer or in private mode) which starts directly after a bullet point (in a bullet list) should copy only the URL - and nothing more.
• [ ] Right-clicking on an URL should give the option to copy only the URL (ideally directly in the context meny). Microsoft Office and Libre Office for example do both provide that option.

Actual Behavior

1. Copying a URL which starts directly after a bullet point (in a bullet list) copies the bullet, too - even if only the characters of the URL were seleceted.
2. The context menu opening after right-clicking on an URL does not provide any option to only copy the URL.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a bullet point list.
2. Enter a URL directly after the bullet point.
3. Try to right-click that URL and search for a "Copy URL" entry in the context menu.
4. See that this entry does not exist.
5. Select all characters of that URL carefully, either with the keyboard or with the mouse.
6. Copy the characters, e.g. using CTRL+C.
7. Paste the characters into an address bar or a text editor.
8. See that the result contains also the bullet point, even if the characters were selected carefully.

Hi folks, I think there's a general underlying issue in here: that copying text from a bullet point list includes the bullet point. I encountered this in Cryptpad: https://github.com/cryptpad/cryptpad/issues/1949

Presumably if this was resolved then the issue here with URLs would be resolved without additional effort.
