[Enhancement] Spreadsheet Data import - ability to choose `Fixed Width` for columns

Your idea.

Currently we are only allowed to use Delimiters like Comma, Colon, Tab, Space and so on. I'm proposing a functionality which exists both in LibreCalc and MS Excel: please provide a selection of methods of how to split imported text. Make it by using either "Delimiter" (like it already works now) or "Fixed width" of columns.

We already have an issue 25908 in our private issue tracker to introduce import wizard with such options, but currently, there is not much traction about that Thanks for the report anyway

Moving this issue to DocumentServer repo, since it's our base product and problem actual there too
