incorrect Italian translation of the term "Forms"

Expected Behavior

Inside a form template window, the Italian translation of the forms tab title should be "Campi".

Actual Behavior

The current Italian translation of the forms tab title is "Forme", which translates more correctly as "shapes" in English.

Reproduction Steps

1. open the settings window
2. select Italian as the interface language and save
3. create new "modello di modulo" (form template)
