Automatically update cross-references in Documents

Your idea.

In version 7.0.2.5 there currently is no way to update all cross-references in the document at once.

Since it is easy to accumulate a large amount of cross-references throughout a document it would be nice to have an option to update all at the same time. This is particularly important since finding every single reference and updating it manually is not only pretty laborious but also quite error prone.

Meanwhile, I figured out how to update manually. Select all, and via context menu update field.
