What is the current behavior? The table of figures leader option does not change the leader appearance and always uses ...

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

1. Create an empty document
2. Add a caption to this document
3. Generate a table of figures with the following settings

What is the expected behavior? The table of figures gets generated with a style of

Figure 1: Test                                        1

Did this work in previous versions of DocumentServer? Unknown.

DocumentServer version: 7.0.1, running in Podman

Operating System: Fedora 35 (Nextcloud host) macOS 12.3 (client)

Browser version: Safari 15.4 (17613.1.17.1.6) Firefox 99.0
