Roman numbers in file automatically converted to Arabic Numbers

I opened a .docx file which had roman numbers in footer, however the numbers got converted to Arabic numbers(i.e 1,2,3...)

Hello. @shardul-b, @ShockwaveNN I can confirm - this is know bug, issue 48898 in our private issue tracker.

This issue actual in Document Server.
