Users forgetting password not able to reset it

What is the current behavior? When users that have not yet activated, forget their passwords, they reach out to admin for help. Then, during the process where admins try to send the activation link, the mail tends to go to same email for which the user that forgot password doesn't have access to.

What is the expected behavior? Make OnlyOffice accept a phone number and/ or an alternative email as the alternative methods to recover password. This way, when admin user tries to send password reset link, OnlyOffice can ask phone number option or alternative email option to be chosen to send send password reset link to the user. Again this is one option, not sure if we are missing of something that already exists to allow admin user send password reset link in a different way.

Hello @collaborate-ever. Thank you for your suggestion to use phone number for recover password. We will think about it. Added to our private bug tracker under number 58413. At the moment, we can offer you the following way to solve the problem. The administrator can change the email address specified in the user's profile. You will then receive an email to the new email address. The email will contain a link where you can change your password.
