Add option in settings for `--system-title-bar` and `--custom-title-bar`

Your idea.

I would love been able to have a setting to choose the minimize/maximize/close could be set to the left (or read it by the system if possible). Or allow native window decoration.

it's my only application with the buttons on the right.

I think it may be the same issue as https://github.com/ONLYOFFICE/DesktopEditors/issues/929

In short - try to use

onlyoffice-desktopeditors --system-title-bar

to launch the application, but be aware of bug with 125-175% interface scale

works perfect, would love to get it as a setting, can be closed if you think its not worth it.
