Featurerequest: Support menubar bar on macOS

Currently the macOS menubar shows only some default menu entries, like copy and paste.

It would be nice to be able to access toolbar items also from the menubar - like MS office does it.

At least the settings menu should be implemented that way. Also it would be nice to have the "last recently opened files" in a submenu of "files".
