Template section won't show templates if I press enter with empty search field!

Expected Behavior

Press enter with the empty search field, which must show all the templates.

Actual Behavior

The template exploring screen went blank with an error: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to the Templates Section/Screen from the sidebar menu
2. Click on the input field and do not enter any text/value
3. and then press enter
