When does the /var/run/onlyoffice/onlyoffice.socket file change?

we monitor its change to monitor the stability of the OO server, but for the last two days it changes every hour or two

What are the reasons for restarting the monoserve service? Are these regular processes or critical service errors? How to find out?

Monoserve service restarted automatically after that mono is crashed. This happens randomly under server load.
