What version of Windows are you using? Please note that we only support server versions of Windows. Also try to remove the ODBC connector mysql and install it with our installer.

Windows Server 2016 I use the MySQL official installer tools to install the odbc connector. Is there anything need to be configured?

We recommend installing our mysql server from prerequisites. If you are using your own mysql server, then you need to configure it and specify the connection. Also, this error may indicate that you are using the wrong bitness of the application.

I had the same problem. Install VC++ 2022 x86 Redistributable and then install MySQL prerequisites in the OnlyOffice installer.
