mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed

I encountered a problem during the installation, My environment information is Windows Server 2012r2 (MySQL)

The problem prompted that python3.7.2 could not be installed. I tried to install it manually, but the installation program still could not recognize the version I installed

Hello @ zhzg605 Please try uninstalling Python and installing it using our community server installer. Also use the latest version 11.1.

Please try uninstall everything about python and install this version https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.7.2/python-3.7.2-amd64.exe. If that doesn't help - use a clean OS.
