Icons are Missing

I use this app on my Vita and it works fine. I installed it on my PSTV (FW 3.60) and while the shortcuts indeed work, the icons are missing. I have reset the shortcuts to default, reinstalled a shortcut and still the icons are blank/missing.

EDIT: Seems to be the same issue here https://github.com/ONElua/Shortcuts-Enhancer/issues/1 I checked out the whatsnew.xml and sure enough the icons had the extra numbers at the end. Removed them, rebooted and the icons showed up. I guess V2.00 needs more tweaking to fix the bug on the PSTV as well.

I could not reproduce this error. when it happens again I need the whatsnew.xml and the resources in the folder
