[Feature Request/Bugfix] Allow An Option In Settings To Disable The Tai Config Auto "Fix" Feature

Most of the time for me, this messes up my tai config file, and I have to manually straighten it out. I would like it if Autoplugin could be setup to only add the lines in my Config file, to either enable or disable plugins.

Also, along the same line, Autoplugin II often rearranges the structure of my config file. When I install a plugin and reboot my Vita, it misplaces default config notes like:

"# this is for modifying the version string"

And places them in "random" lines. So this request is also a bugfix, as far as I understand it.

I think this is an important aspect of Autoplugin II, that could probably be fixed to make it a more stable app.
