[feature] Move form field errors to below the field

A common solution is to always reserve space below the field and show the error there. It should be the same line as the character counter.

Should work on small screens (could reduce some error messages, or find some an alternative)

Not sure this is ready. Needs a design eye and to consider all the current forms.
