[Bug] Fusion Viewport Rendering Differs for Specific Dataset Compared to Version 3.10

Describe the Bug

When loading the specified study in TMTV mode, the fusion viewport displays differently compared to its appearance in version 3.10. This behavior appears to be dataset-specific,

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch TMTV mode using the following study: https://viewer.ohif.org/tmtv?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.297577087050970310787702792940607009472
2. Observe the fusion viewport display.
3. Compare the result with the same study loaded in version 3.10.

The expected behavior

Fusion viewport rendering should be consistent with the behavior seen in version 3.10.
