Describe the Bug

TMTV mode intermittently displays a black screen due to a CONTEXT_LOST_WEBGL error.

Note: This issue occurs intermittently, approximately 3 out of 10 times.

The behavior is observed and reproducible in both the 3.11 and 3.12 releases.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch a data (https://viewer-dev.ohif.org/tmtv?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.3098.5025.285242291560760827564488897577) in TMTV mode.
2. The viewport becomes black and the CONTEXT_LOST_WEBGL error is logged.

The current behavior

Viewport displays black screen.

The expected behavior

Image should load in all the viewport

@sedghi This issue is newly introduced in 3.11 and was not present in 3.10.

i can't reproduce it in my machine, you say sometimes it happens?
