[Feature Request] Segmentations on non-reconstructible datasets

What feature or change would you like to see made?

Add functionality to the OHIF Viewer that allows users to perform and visualize segmentations on non-reconstructible (2D) datasets such as US and XA images.

Why should we prioritize this feature?

Enhances existing segmentation tools to support 2D datasets
