It seems that the scaling/overlay scale tool has not been added yet

Hello. At the end of November, I received a request from the research institute to create a 4D ultrasound equipment viewer using OHIF. While searching for issues to add a simple feature request for displaying a Ruler/Scale Bar, I came across this post. I waited, but confirmed the update hasn't been made yet. I also saw two inquiries in the community, but no comments were added, so I decided to submit a Pull Request to add a ScaleBar ToggleButton to the Toolbar. I hope this feature proves helpful to someone.
