[Bug] Unhandled Promise Rejection: ChunkLoadError: Loading chunk 957 failed. Could not be loaded in Safari.

Describe the Bug

I open the https://viewer.ohif.org and https://viewer-dev.ohif.org in Safari, and the page is blank. Then I deploy the Viewers in local environment, and same issue happended. No list and no content, only the black blank page.

The console log the error message: SCR-20231106-ia7

What's more, the website https://v3-demo.ohif.org works well.
