Steps to reproduce.

1. Go to https://v3-demo.ohif.org/
2. Pick any series with a CT (I picked neptune sept 14)
3. load the 2nd series and click cline mode let it play through
4. go back to study list
5. pick a different study with a CT, (I picked one of the ACRRIN ones)
6. open with basic viewer
7. something went wrongfalse error will appear
8. going back to study list and ctrl-F5 will put it back in a working state.
