Lack description in User Guide or ETL Conventions on CDM documentation for DRUG_EXPOSURE.lot_number

Hi,

I am working on April Olympians and found some fields don't have description in User Guide or ETL Conventions on CDM documentation. (https://ohdsi.github.io/CommonDataModel/cdm54.html#drug_exposure)

For example, the lot_number field in DRUG_EXPOSURE table doesn't have any description in CDM documentation. However, I can find its description in outdated OHDSI wiki page and other CDM specification.

Thus, I am wondering if it is possible to add some description for some fields that don't have any description. Because the CDM documentation is the most common document for CDM users to learn and search. Not all OHDSI people have other documents to use especially for new OHDSIers. Some technical or non-medical background people may not be familiar with some fields meaning.
