Specimen table is missing FK to Visit Occurrence and Visit Detail table

As stated in the title, the Specimen table lacks a FK to the Visit Occurrence (VO) and Visit Detail (VD) tables. All other clinical event tables have a FK to VO & VD.

I am new to the community and still browsing through table relations in V6 and proposals here. SPECIMEN table seems to lack a relation to MEASUREMENT table too. There is a similar comment in issue #256 which is closed now.
