Documentation issue: The page lists all cdm tables with difference noted between version 5.3 and 5.4. The PROVIDER table is not on the list.

Hi @AgnesWW as far as I am aware there were no changes to the provider table between v5.3 and v5.4.

Even the tables with no changes are listed @clairblacketer with "No change". Provider is the only CDM table excluded from the list on this page
