Error Creating new cohort definition

Expected behavior

This is on version 2.10.1 When creating a new cohort definition, below screenshot is expected. This happens for most of the users in the app.

Actual behavior

Below shows screenshot in some of teh users when they try performing the same action.

The user has same set of permissions as the successful ones, and within the same roles.

Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Login to Atlas
2. Go to Cohort Definitions
3. Click on New Cohort
4. Enter name for the cohort definition
5. Click on Save icon

You have problems with WebAPI setup. It's not related to Atlas.

@angujo can you please let us know if this is still an issue?

For troubleshooting this, you should check your log file in your Tomcat and report database errors. Could be a permission problem on your db.
