Enhancement: View Record Count (RC) in Included Source Codes tab for Concept Sets

Expected behavior

When clicking on Included Source Codes when browsing Concept Sets, see the Record Count (RC). Ideally, also see Descendent Record Count (DRC), but RC is most important. This would make Included Source Codes mirror the functionality and layout seen for Included Concepts.

Even better would be the ability to see, for each Source Code, the associated Standard Code (and record counts). This would be trickier as sometimes a given source code may map to multiple Standard Codes (e.g. for multi-ingredient drugs); so starting with just the RC for included source codes would be a huge enhancement.

Actual behavior

Included Source Codes does not currently support RC or DRC.

Steps to reproduce behavior

Click on Included Source Codes from within any Concept Set.
