Consistent "cohort chooser" across ATLAS

Expected behavior

  1. Be able to select one or more cohorts
  2. Add and close button
  3. By default sorted by latest updated desc, created desc
  4. Be able to sort by any field
  5. Be able to search by any field
  6. have a link to jump to the cohort definition
  7. On hover over, display a summary of a definition

Actual behavior

Inconsistent across ATLAS

Question on this functionality:

Are you requesting that while you are in the UI element to choose a cohort, you can click on one of the elements and navigate away to the cohort? What happens to the process flow where you are in the middle of choosing a cohort for some purpose? Are you expecting that you can just 'jump back' to the choosing UI from whever you ended up after jumping to the cohort?

consistent cohort chooser across ATLAS is desirable. features of that consistent module to be designed.
