GitHub link in current Athena email not valid

In the current email from Athena for a Vocab download the link would not give us the promised "control files" anymore. grafik With the change to 5.4 and the DDL scripts being moved to R-code, the VocabImport section has not been rebuilt. Until an equivalent logic has been created, we should point our link to a previous branch that still does contain the VocabImport logic.

For the time being, the paragraph in the email text pointing at vocabulary import scripts will be changed as follows:

Scripts for importing the vocabulary csv files into your OMOP CDM vocabulary tables can be found here. They are provided in the respective folders, e.g. Oracle/, PostgreSQL/ and SQL Server/ for supported SQL dialects. The loading scripts are inside the subfolder VocabImport/.

@jcnamendiOdysseus please change the application properties for qa and prod environments too.
