Search Accuracy improvements

Search for: Pulmonary fibrosis Shows concept: 4197819 - Fibrosis of lung only at position 101. It has a different concept name but the same synonym. As it is standard and valid search indexing/ranking need to be tweaked to bring it higher.

standard, classification, not standard valid, not standard invalid

Also when searching for a combination of drugs like "levonorgestrel, ethinylestradiol", if we change the order to "ethinylestradiol, levonorgestrel", it returns no result. It would be great if the search bar can identify all combinations.
