Athena search facet does not list all classes and vocabularies

For a query with a specified domain: https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms?domain=Meas+Value&page=1&pageSize=15&query= Facet contains class: Doc Type of Service

But for a generic query for all domain filter does show it but It is visible in the results:

Expected that facet filter includes all possible Classes for the given result set

This is also true for some vocabularies.

You cannot pick 'UB04 Point of Origin' vocabulary unless Domain = 'Visit' filter is applied.
