Add standard concept flag to download page

It would be helpful if the Athena download page had a flag for each Vocabulary if the Vocabulary contains standard concept_ids.

Example: CPT4 immunization codes can map to standard concepts in the CVX Vocabulary with domain_id = 'Drug'. However, many collaborators think of RxNorm as the "Standard" Vocabulary for Drugs and don't download the CVX Vocabulary, missing many standard immunization concept_ids.

We have to eradicate the idea of a "Standard Vocabulary". There is no such thing. We have a preference which vocabulary we draw from, but in theory any concept from any vocabulary can be standard. Conversely, there is no vocabulary where all codes are standard concepts.

I however understand the requirement to recognize dependencies between vocabularies. This touches the "default" list of vocabularies and that users can very easily deselect vocabularies and end up with a bundle that is somewhat inconsistent. Calculating all dependencies could be a little complicated but then again, maybe a reminder when triggering the bundling process for download could help (your selection will lead to missing relationships, the following vocabularies should be added: ... Proceed without adding, return to selection).
