Parts of URLs are case sensitive, leads to 404

Hello,

It looks like the database name and report portion of URLs for AchillesWeb are case sensitive. The database name must match the database name as registered with AchillesWeb (e.g. listed in the "Data Sources" dropdown). The report name looks like it needs to be lower case. Failing either of these, a 404 is thrown.
