Achilles running in multithread mode without scratch schema

Hello, I recently noticed that, when running Achilles in multithread mode with dropScratchTables = False, the code doesn't return an error if the scratch schema is missing in the database, the code continues executing creating temp tables. Would it be possible to return an error and stop Achilles immediately if the scratchScema is missing?

We're working on a rewrite that will better track the outcome of individual analyses and allow better handling. I'll add this to that milestone.
