Bugged anomaly detectors?

I'm not sure what to categorise this as. I want to try out the OGSR artifact detectors with build 2.1.359 but I keep getting a CTD which I assume is either a bug or me missing something. I've tried looking for some documentation on the OGSE artifact detectors but can't find anything so have nowhere to start debugging.

Whats been done: Enabled ogse_new_slots (I assume this is a prerequisite)

Result: CTD; XML node not found dragdrop_knife

I then changed slot_persistent_1, 6, & 9 in system.ltx to "false", same CTD. I'm now stuck on where to look next with no documentation I can find about how these detectors are supposed to work with OGSR.

Can anyone point me to a link about this feature or drop some information? Thanks :o)
