Emitter Angle gives incorrect results with >180 values
To the left Angle = 180, to the right Angle = 360
Tried with ellipsoid and point, and my old effects are broken. (with 1.12.12)
this property defines how far the emission angle can deviate away from this base direction.
so values > 180 do not make any sense. We could clamp the passed value to 180 though..
