image image i change open(xxx,'utf-8') is same error,just gbk change to utf-8

  1. What commands are you running to clone and compile ogre-next-deps?
  2. I assume your locale settings on Windows is Simplified Chinese?

Paths that use symbols in a simplified Chinese environment can cause this problem
